Fostering Service Manager – The Fostering Company Northeast
An exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join The Fostering Company North East, partnered with Five Rivers Child Care, has arisen. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Fostering Service Manager who will inspire and lead a team of dedicated, skilled staff and carers who are passionate about providing children and young people the opportunity to flourish and fulfil their true potential.
This role will be based in our Killingworth fostering office, with an expectation of having a strong presence there. Your presence will be instrumental in developing and delivering The Fostering Company North East’s Business Plan and you will help shape, influence, and implement the future growth and development of our Fostering Service.

Supervising Social Worker
We are seeking to appoint a Supervising Social Worker to provide support to our Foster Carers throughout the Northeast. Reporting into the office rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, your role will be one of importance to carers and children.
Our Supervising Social Worker’s days are varied and interesting. You will be able to follow a flexible structure whilst supporting our foster carers, holding realistic caseloads and providing a high level of supervision, monitoring, and intervention.
